Yes. Both your HSA and FSA can pay for memberships, labs, imaging, and medications through Valor Direct Primary Care. We are HSA & FSA approved.
We recommend pairing DPC with a high-deductible insurance plan. DPC covers your primary care, while insurance acts as a safety net for specialist visits, emergencies, surgeries, or hospitalizations.
There is a one-time enrollment fee per family (regardless of how many individuals or ages). This covers obtaining your medical records, creating your Valor electronic medical record, and stocking your individual medications on site.
No. There is no cancellation fee, no payment contract, and no annual fee. You can cancel your membership at any time.
Discounts are applied to families of 4 or more individuals. We'll provide all applicable details during your enrollment interview.
