Our Direct Primary Care gives you unlimited access to our providers. You can call, text, or email them and they actually respond! Cut yourself while rushing to make a late dinner? Text them a picture and they will determine the appropriate action. If you need sutures, they will open the clinic to suture you up. There's no fee for that! It's part of your membership perks. Most people pay more for an HOA fee, a monthly gym membership, internet, cable, pool maintenance, cell phones, or landscaping.

Family Plan
Discounts are applied to families of 4 or more individuals. We will provide all applicable information during your enrollment interview.
One-time Enrollment fee
$100.00
1 time enrollment fee for the entire family, regardless of how many individuals and ages. This fee covers the cost of obtaining and uploading your previous medical records, creating a Valor electronic medical record, and stocking your individual medications on site.
Health Savings Account qualified
Your HSA can pay for memberships, labs, images, and medications through Valor Direct Primary Care, LLC.

On-site Medications
We buy wholesale medications and pass that savings on to you.
Wholesale medications average 80% less in cost than through Amazon's pharmacy, 70% less cost than GoodRX, and 40% to 45% less cost than Mark Cuban's pharmacy. AND... we are licensed by the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy to dispense; no shipping charges!
Imaging
We have contracts in place with local imaging centers for cash prices. We'll show you the price of any imaging you need and you decide if you want to pay for it or use your insurance. We support the choice that favors you.
Lab work
Our contracts with local labs allow our members to avoid the insurance mark up and they only pay the small fee set by the lab.
We also offer inexpensive, rapid, in-office tests for Strep throat, Influenza, COVID, UTI, and Pregnancy
