At Valor Direct Primary Care, we offer members and non-members a unique weight loss program.
Start with a free consult to see if you are a candidate for either Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. No pressure to join this program. We'll give you all the information, answer all your questions, and let you decide if it's right for you.
Members: If you are already a member of Valor Direct Primary Care, you can simply ask us for Semaglutide or Tirzepatide and we'll discuss moving forward. There's no program fee for our members!
Members only pay for the milligram of the peptide injected.
We'll track your body composition monthly and administer weekly injections.
Non-members: If you are not a member of Valor Direct Primary Care, you can still participate in our Weight Loss Program.
We charge $50.00 per month for the program.
You will receive monthly InBody analysis and weekly injections at our practice.

Semaglutide
$30.00 per milligram
To start: 0.25 mg once weekly for 4 weeks, then increase to 0.5 mg once weekly. May further increase dose in 0.5 mg/week increments every 4 weeks, if needed (maximum weekly dose: 2 mg/week).
To minimize GI effects, we escalate doses slowly over at least 16 weeks to reach a maintenance dose.
Tirzepatide
$10.00 per milligram
To start: 2.5 mg once weekly for 4 weeks, then increase to 5 mg once weekly. May further increase dose in 2.5 mg/week increments every 4 weeks, if needed (maximum weekly dose: 15 mg/week).
Niacinamide: Vitamin B3
*By adding Niacinamide, this product will still be available when the FDA removes "tirzepatide" from their shortage list.

Valor Direct Primary Care is more interested in your health than your money.
Let's break this down:
Patient "A" wants to try Semaglutide or Tirzepatide for weight loss. They schedule a consult with Valor Direct Primary Care. At the consult, they find they have no contraindications to either medication and Semaglutide was recommended. Semaglutide is dosed the following way:
Weeks 1-4, 0.25 milligram a week ($7.50 a weekly injection)
Re-evaluate at week 5 on the InBody body composition analysis.
If not losing more than 2 pounds per week, we recommend increasing to the next dose.
Weeks 5-8, 0.5 milligram a week ($15.00 per weekly injection)
Re-evaluate at week 9 on the InBody body composition analysis.
Again, if not losing more than 2 pounds per week, we recommend increasing to the next dose.
Weeks 9-12, 1 milligram per week ($30 per weekly injection)
Re-evaluate at week 13 on the InBody body composition analysis.
Again, if not losing more than 2 pounds per week, we recommend increasing to the maximum dose.
Weeks 13-16, 2 milligram per week ($60 per weekly injection)
Here's what makes our approach unique:
We control your weight loss to a "healthy rate". A slow and steady weight loss is proven to reduce excess "baggy" skin. If you're losing 8 pounds per month, why increase the dosage?
Other prescribers try to sell a 3 month weight loss package. They are overcharging you and most likely putting you in a rapid weight loss state.
At Valor Direct Primary Care, if you're losing more than 8 pounds a month, we won't needlessly increase your dosage. You remain in a healthy weight loss state and you don't pay us for a needless dosage increase!
Where's the "catch"?
There's no "catch". We are up front with our pricing.
NON-MEMBERS of Valor Direct Primary Care will pay a $50.00 a month Weight Loss Program fee and then add the price per milligram of either Semaglutide ($30.00/milligram) or Tirzepatide ($10.00/milligram). No contract. No enrollment fee. No cancellation fees!
MEMBERS of Valor Direct Primary Care who want to participate in the Weight Loss Program ONLY PAY PER MILLIGRAM of either Semaglutide ($30.00/milligram) or Tirzepatide ($10.00/milligram).
So... if Patient "A" referenced above is not a member of Valor Direct Primary Care, they are paying at total of $80.00 for their first month. Month 2 would either continue at $80.00 or it would only increase to $110.00. You can do the math from there. If not, schedule a consult with us and we'll help you out.
